I work with my clients to design individualized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on their current diet, habits and mindset, because lets face it, we are not one size fits all. All plans are tailored specifically to meet your goals and unique physical needs.


This begins with a 90-minute session where we’ll discuss your history, current health struggles, a full nutritional assessment, and create a plan that is individual to you, your goals and will fit into your lifestyle. After our session together, you’ll receive a document with notes and a detailed description of your personal plan, and any other resources (recipes, links, guides, etc.) that I think will be valuable to you. In subsequent sessions we can dive further into the root of your health using various techniques such as a functional evaluation to tap into the body’s innate intelligence to determine which organ systems are under stress and learn ways to begin to heal the body.

 Services offered:

  • Nutrition therapy coaching 20 minute initial interview.

 A transforming program that includes an 60 minute consultation with (optional) follow up appointments. We will dive into your past and current health concerns, set your food and digestive health goals, and get you familiar with the healing process. Follow up appointments include email communication, food journals, health questionnaires, Nutri-Q health reports, food recommendations, functional evaluation with lingo-neuro testing and supplemental recommendations. 

  • Grocery Store navigation 
  • Pilates & Fitness sessions (private, duet or group) via FaceTime and ZoomCall – contact me for prices!

Service prices: 

Nutrition Therapy Coaching – initial interview  and 60 min consultation $150

Follow up sessions (focus on reaching your short and long term goals) $45

Follow up sessions are recommended to stick to your short term goals to achieve long term results.
