Cedar Plank Salmon
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1/2 Cup Mirin
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Bunch Scallions Chopped
- Soak untreated Cedar Planks in water overnight
- Mix together ingredients and pour over 4 salmon fillets, let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Pre heat the grill to medium and oil one side of the plank. Put salmon on plank and put directly on the grill for about 10 minutes covered until salmon is cooked. Serve salmon on the plank to your guest.
